The Soap Pot was started by Dana and Vincent Kegler when they realized a need for natural bath and body products for individuals with extra dry skincare needs. They realized that many of the commercial soaps did not contain the healing capabilities that one would find in a naturally handmade bar of soap bearing natural glycerine which is a by-product of the saponified oils. So they both decided to research the ingredients such as herbs, plant oils,clays, essential oils and their healing properties. The blending of these ingredients began and has not stopped!!
